How it is calculated
Chargeable weight = sum of quantity × max(length × width × height ÷ divisor, gross weight per package)
Dimensions are converted internally to centimetres. The example gives 96 kg for four light cartons and 20 kg for two heavy cartons: 116 kg calculated chargeable weight in total.
Divisor and billing depend on carrier, tariff and service. 5,000 and 6,000 are examples. Apply measurement, minimum weight and rounding rules from your quote.
